What is Neo Station?

Neo Station can transform your manual assembly into smart manufacturing needs. For low volume, high mix PCB assembly still needs manual operation, with the help of Neo Station, the operator can increase efficiency, accuracy with light guided system.

AOI(Automatic Optical Inspection) as the add-on to Neo Station can further ensure the close-loop operation.

How does Neo Station work?

Neo Station can recognize PCB assembly programming by RFID or barcode. Once PCB is recognized and in the position, the software will immediately load the predefined assembly programming.

Assembly process and notice will appear on the screen and guide the user to implement all necessary steps. Component position the PCB will be projected and users can see where they need to put the component and right after they confirm (with foot pedal) the component placed, material feeder will supply the next component to users.

Traceability

Control movement of component and PCBA is now realized. High data grain level material is achieved with the help of traceability module in Neo Station software. Component ID, counting image could be stored in database for future verification.
