Neo Counter, Xay reel counter, designed and produced by Neotel Technology, changes the way of manual SMT component counting with the latest X-Ray imaging, automation, technology. Users can get SMD component quantity information in seconds.
How does Neo Counter work?
Neo Counter X400 is an offline SMD reel counter. User can load up 4 reels into the system. Smart camera system can detect their existence and even recognize material information whatever in 1D/2D. Once material information verified, system will automatically do the component counting job with the help from Xray imaging technology. Component quantity in specific reel will be stored into database and even upload to user’s IT system whatever MES/ERP, etc.
Label with component quantity info. can be produced right after the operator unload any reel from Neo Counter.
AI technology make component counting different
Artificial intelligence image algorithm makes counting process faster than ever. Within seconds user get the quantity result and automatically linked to specific reel part ID.
AI algorithm not only work on the conventional SMD component but also work for loose component (not in reel style) and even odd forms.
SMF software
