Neo Light Stencil is designed for SMT stencil storage. Neo Light Stencil work with Pick to Light technology to guide users for SMT stencil storage and retrieval .
What is SMT stencil ?
SMT stencil is designed to transfer the solder paste to a PCB. Laser cutting process is widely used to create an opening for electronics component. In printing process, the stencil is properly aligned with the top of PCB, the solder paste is applied over the openings with the help of squeezer of SMT printer. Once SMT stencil leaves, solder paste will remain.
What is PTL (pick to light) ?
Pick to light (PTL) is a modern picking technology for electronics manufacture that utilizes lights on smart racks or shelves to indicate pick locations and guide users through whatever SMT stencil check in/out, work order process, etc.

ü User scan location ID on the rack to verify SMT stencil storage process completed
